BirdEye is another lying, irresponsible company soliciting business by writing that "Sarah" has discovered there's something wrong with your public image, you only have one review...there is no "Sarah", and I have reviews on Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook, Google, Yahoo, you name it. This is so irresponsible to waste peoples' time and lie about their business.
This company is a joke. They create an account for you without your authorization and leaves on
My initial setup meeting with BirdEye went fine. The agent was very helpful and walk me through setting up one of my four locations. She said she would use the info from my first location to set up the other locations within a couple days. Now a week has passed and I'm finding all sorts of errors. I've called customer support twice. Both calls were very difficult for a number of reasons. First of all, Birdeye's phone system was feeding my voice back to me. Horrible- total scam. The companies main objective is to get you to sign a 12 month contract you cant get out of. There is absolutely no support. No user manual. No Videos and I have only been able to get 1 hour of support in 4 months from HTML the firm I got scammed from. Run from this software. Cant wait until my contract expires.
predatory incoompetence
Had problems with the free listing for my business I called three times to see if they could take care of it they said no problem they would email customer support and have them do it I just wanted my home address taken off their way to fix it was take my business off the page altogether a lot of other companies let me update my information for nothing and even Google the biggest search engine let me do it
Received two UNWANTED e-mails from Sarah at Birdeye. Called the number in the email. Sarah answered the phone. I politely asked her to stop sending emails. I felt brushed off when Sarah was telling me to call support and that she was not at her computer. Well, I told her to write the message down and that I was not going to call support. AND...when I was asking her where Birdeye got my e-mail address, she hung up on me.
Horrendous. Allow bogus reviews to remain when they are submitted by the same person sometimes even using the same name. And all with the same IP Address. I hope the new Silicon Valley investors get their money out prior to the eventual lawsuits.
