Not a good experience dealing with Birdeye. I would not recommend their services. Also, customer service is extremely poor.

This company is a complete scam. We contacted them numerous times to remove the website with absolutely no response. They were excited to get us on board by paying $5000.00 annually but when we discovered they had created this fake micro website they will not return my calls or emails.

Birdeye really disappointed our company - and lied! I'm livid about their service. When signing up for their service, we wanted to use an agency level account, and we were told we'd be able to transfer our client's account under our account. This was promised to us with complete certainty. 4 months later, we realized they never actually transferred the client to our account.
