Waited 10-15 minutes so be seated. Was not busy at all, then another customer came up to the counter waiting to pay their tab after I was waiting to be seated before I lost my patience and walked off. Was really craving a nice breakfast this morning as I'm a trucker so it's hard to come by something other than the regular fast food joints.

Do NOT slow down, stop, but run away! Seriously I placed an order while traveling because I have been to this franchise in the location where my parents are and really enjoyed the food and service. This location is not your place to stop. Nor place on online order. I ordered early, when I arrived I was told they were out of one of the items as I stood there looking at it in the case. The food was absolutely delicious! The ambience was nice. The service needs some work. We got our food but no silverware or napkins. We had to ask for some.

The service is terrible. We waited over an hour, no food. People next to us left before us and got there later. Too bad. Very cold also. That was our 3rd time there. We have left 2 of them. Never again.

Very poor coordination very poor management.. Servers are friendly but rather aimless. Significant lack of training

It took more than 5 minutes for anyone to show up to seat us even though they weren't busy. My sandwich had a very over ripe alvacado along with burnt bread. My husband's biscuits and gravy plate had dry, crumbly buscuits and chewy bacon. Don't go!

The store wasn't clean, food all over the floor. Under the tables as well. We were seated to a table that was dirty still with food particles on it. I said something & the sweet old lady said it was from the paper towel she used to clean them. My orange juice was water yellow water with bubbles in it. My hash browns were raw and awful. I would not recommend this store to have a decent meal. Even the salt shaker was wet and clogged up. I had to open it to get salt out of it. This was one awful breakfast.

We arrived at 7 am and by 7:50 our waitress had 8 tables and was checking people out. When my food arrived, a simple 2 egg plate, the food was cold and the fruit was over ripened. Plus the coffee tasted like it was water with flavoring. A huge thank you to the waitstaff and kitchen for trying when they were obviously set up poorly.

OMG. This was unbelievably horrific. I'm on a road trip from NYC to LA, and I saw a roadside sign for the Black Bear Diner. I ate at a Black Bear Diner near a mountain pass in Northern California a few years back, and it was excellent, so I thought I'd try this one. It wasn't good. The service, food, attitude were all horrible. I guess my first clue should have been that it was attached to a truck stop, but I've had great food in truck stops before, so whatever.
