I am so glad Black Bear Diner is in the Arden Fair Mall area it is closer to my home and they really have good food there and the people that work there or just wonderful people keep up the good work and I hope you guys stay around awhile me and my family will be regular customers to your restaurant and thank you for all the good service and hospitality thank you again

We went to a Black Bear Diner a couple of years ago and were totally unimpressed with the service and the food. Never went back... Until today, when we were encouraged to give the new Arden location a try. What a difference! From the moment we were seated (in 10 minutes, not 20 as we were warned) and asked how our day was going we felt like valued customers. It was super busy but didn't have to wait long and the food was so good! My son and I enjoyed it but the waitress should of checked to see if we needed drink refills more.
