When we go to black Bear Diner we always the same guy that always serves (Alexis )us we Love when he takes our Orders but the only bad thing it’s the waiting it took one hr for the cooking or prepare it tooo Longggg I’m glad we don’t go there every weekend 🤔😳☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
Teach your workers to acknoweldge there mistakes and show respect to whoever they are serving. My server didnt take my drink order correct, asked 3 times how to make my nieces burger and we still had to wait 20 mins after me and everyone else got our food while my niece still waited. Couldnt even say sorry could I get you guys anything for your wait? Food was good but respect goes along way and if you cant even make eye contact then get out the server game.

I’m very disappointed in the service we just experienced. After waiting 45 Minutes to be seated, we placed our orders knowing exactly what we wanted. 45 Minutes went by and we noticed 3 tables gets served before us that arrived after us and when we asked the waiter he said he’d been asking for our food. He went to Check again and it still wasn’t even made. They messed up my order and they brought me a new but I have a sit there and wait quite a while my husband was done with his meal so I ended up just taking my home didn't offer any kind of discount it was not busy in there at all but they seem like they didn't care and working very slow to accommodate
The coffee was good but the rest of the food not that good the service was good but we had to wait for our breakfast and the hash was burned I normally complain but I just will not go back

Sadly they were very slow and the restaurant wasn't even close to being busy. The food was mediocre. Had to return my brothers steak they cooked to death. Then asked for dessert to take home and I'm pretty sure they had to go and make the icecream 😡because that took another 15 minutes. All they had to do is take it out of the case and scoop two scoops of icecream. Very upsetting because I normally like there food and service. Need to go to Denny's next time.
