Sadly they were very slow and the restaurant wasn't even close to being busy. The food was mediocre. Had to return my brothers steak they cooked to death. Then asked for dessert to take home and I'm pretty sure they had to go and make the icecream 😡because that took another 15 minutes. All they had to do is take it out of the case and scoop two scoops of icecream. Very upsetting because I normally like there food and service. Need to go to Denny's next time.
Best Diner I love eating there and the service is great all the way around Amazing 👍👍I give it above a 5 !!
I suggest you have a senior menu. You do serve a lot of food, that's a great thing. The coffee was warm not hot. I did like the orange juice, it tasted fresh squeezed...it should for the price!
Waited 45 minutes for our food which was cold. When the manager came up to our table he apologized but blamed it on "rush hour" when there was hardly anyone in there. 2 other tables also complained about the cold food they were served. We waited to have our food made again which again, was cold and the fries seemed to be put in the microwave. We left and went to a different restaurant. Our food was cold, our waitress never came back and never refilled our drinks. When it came time to leave I had to get up and find the waitress to get boxes. Mind you they were not busy at all. When we got there the doors were locked and if it weren't for other customers inside saying something we may have not been let in.
Wasnt impressed..i love black bear.. Kids chicken strips whr dry. I wanted a french dip.. But didn have it so i got the tri tip dip with no onions..meat was over cooked got 2 lil mushrooms and even less cheese.. But i loved the fries
