Ordered a New York steak, so fatty & full of grizzle, told server & he said that happens with them. Manager said they are held to what corporate buy, not the best quality. Gave me dessert to try & make some better at a truly bad experience. Now when it comes to breakfast much better.

My son has picked this place for the last 3 years for his birthday dinner. We have a pretty large group (11) and the service and food is generally hit and miss. My husband ordered fish and chips and the coleslaw was blan and runny. We both had tea and the waiter would refill my cup but forget to refill his (sitting right across from me). My wife ordered a side of fries and they very oily and under cooked, tasted like they were under the heat lamp for a wile. My potato salad had a crust on it. Asked to replace the fries for a fresher batch. received a smaller amount but they were hot and done. Just scraped off crust on my potato salad and ate it. Just passing thru Bakersfield on our way to Fresno, Will try again everything else was fine

There are three customers and it takes ten minutes to get a coffee refill? And no checking to see if I need anything else? And no wifi service? I won't be back. This is the second BBD that has poor service. And the wait staff isn't getting a dime for a tip. Tough! And considering I work around the corner, I'll take my business elsewhere.
