Shame on you for firing that employee for feeding someone who was hungry. It was paid for already. Black Bear should have more employees that have a heart.
How can you TERMINATE a employee for feeding the HOMELESS? He paid for the food. GLADY & FRANKIE who are the Managers you should be deeply ASHAMED of yourself. I will NEVER return to your restaurant and I will be sharing this story. Hopefully this young man gets the media and Fair Labor department involved for his justice.

Gladys and Frank (the husband and wife manager's) fired an employee for feeding the hungry when he was actually paying for the food. I will not be back and will also, share the story. What is that and during the holiday's! HORRIBLE!
Even though they were slammed on a Sunday afternoon, they kept the food moving out to the customers that kept pouring in through the doors and it was completely accurate. If your are ever in the Bakersfield, Ca. area, I recommend stopping here for a great meal, but you better bring your appetite!

Went in last night and the Manager asked if we wanted something to drink he never came back so we left.....never again!!!! We went to Applebee's :)
