Horrible customer service from our waitress. Ordered the fried chicken dinner and I would not recommend it. my mash potatoes were cold the green beans had no flavor and the lettuce on my salad was old looking. I never got my gravy or cornbread. My husband fries we're also cold. the waitress only came to our table once. I was dying of thirst. she was too busy talking with her co workers. I will never go back and I will tell everyone about my experience.
Looked great from the outside. Menu was impressive. My food was not hot. We had to ask twice for water. Danny had to ask for the rest of his order. Charged us for an extra cup of coffee. Debis in fruit cup. Grapes still had stems. Not a good experience.

Worst food quality and service i have ever had..id get better food from mcdonalds..spent 60 bucks and my salmon tasted like stale pancakes..the burger i ordered was smaller than what i get from mcdonalds not to mention i ordered online and they said it would b a 30 minute wait so after 45 minutes i show up and my orders still not ready and when it finally is its being served by kids that look like theyre 12...im sooo disappointed and will never eat there again
If there was a zero rating that's what I would rate. We waited and waited, not even acknowledged after 15 minutes. Got up and left.
The mashed potatoes were ice cold along with the green beans! The table we were given had a dirty rag laying on it! Never going back!!!
It was horrible we sat for 40 min and never did get our food plus sat for at least 15 min with empty glasses . Our waitress never came back around to check on use so after 35 min of waiting on food we walked out and went to Burger King.
Service was awesome but food wasn’t good at all. Fish & Chips was over cooked and Patty Melt was also over cooked and dry. First bad experience at a BBD
We have been to bend black bear a couple times and it's always the same, very friendly waitress but horrible service, took 45 minutes to get our food my husband had an omlett, and I had a bear claw and a side of bacon, I think the bare claw had been reheated a couple times it was so hard I could only eat the middle, bacon was refrigerator cold, husband's omlett had set in the window for awhile.
