Didn't like their sauce on my chicken and had to wait a long time for food. Had to wait a long time for my check when I was ready to leave.
I could have been better. My ommlet was not as warm as it could have been, but it still tasted good. And the hot chocolate was cold. My husband enjoyed his cinammon french toast. The rest rooms were dirty, and the lady who was attending to them was rude. Our server was pretty awesome and friendly.

I have eaten at the Black Bear in Bend 3 times. The first visits were decent this time the food was salty, under cooked and not up to the first two visits. Prices are high and service was so so. Won't go back again.

She even told me on the phone everything looked like it was there. My son was missing the main parts of his meal. We have never had such poor service at Black Bear. Needless to say it was a terrible experience this time around. @BlackBearDinerBend
The young girl that sat me at my seat was about the only good experience at this place. The food was just okay. The waitress took twenty minutes to even acknowledge that I was there. It was just me. Pretty simple food order. Tri tip dip and French fries. That's it. Even that took another twenty minutes. I also requested a new bottle of ketchup for my fries. I never received that. I ended up turning around and asking a couple behind me if I could use there bottle of ketchup. They were nice. My waitress was rude and snotty and... read more
