Eggs benedict way over cooked and sauce was terrible! We couldnt even politely finish our meals. Hashbrowns undercooked. Server was informed and handed us a bill for full price. I had to ask the manager to only charge us for 1 plate because we left full plates of food on the table
I sat there for over 20 waiting for a table and no one would seat us and there was empty tables ?????the ones in madras and by Shasta good the one in Bend no good

Dinner was cold and below average in taste. Side of bacon never arrived. My daughter's milkshake didn't arrive until she was 3/4 done with her meal. Not enough waitstaff to handle dinner rush. Labor day weekend they should have planned ahead. The staff that was there did rush around to try and keep up. That is the only reason I left a tip. No sign of a manager to lend a hand. Whole epirence left a bad taste in my mouth. I wont be back

Well- I really want to like this place... It has a cute theme & decor but it needs the service & food quality to match! I've come here three times hoping each time it would be better. I always order eggs over-medium and each time my eggs were too runny. I order crisp bacon and I get chewy bacon. And because I dine alone I'm either stuck at the counter or in a booth in the back of the restaurant by the entrance to the kitchen area. Just because I dine alone doesn't mean I want crappy seating!
