There were 8 in our group. One person didn't order food, just a water (he had had a late lunch). The food came out slowly. Two orders were served together. Then about 10 minutes for the next two. Several more minutes for another one. The last order wasnt served until the first ones served were ready for a take home box. The last order was a tuna melt. Come on now. How hard is it to do is a tuna melt! I had the salmon dinner. It was overdone. Dry. I ate it as salmon salad the next day using duck egg mayo and dill pickle juice... read more
My 9.00 burger basket was terrible. Burger was so over cooked on air dried bun with fries that tasted like they were saved from day before. The cook is no cook. Should have just spent 2 dollars at Burger King. Very disappointed in food and service.
Server was nice but kirt with everyone. Hasbrowns had to be done twice and was still nasty. They need 2 servers on Saturday mornings at 7am to be more attentive to customers
Terrible service, waitresses running around like they have no idea what their doing, not communicating n not working as a team! Cooks and waitresses do not communicate very well while acting like the cooks are strangers(they work with each other enough, they should know each other by name n mesh like a team! This led to several entree mistakes ) waitresses cannot multitask at all and cannot seem to remember requested extra items, this seems to be common with these resturants as this was the reason i stopped going, decided to... read more

The cooks did excellent, yummy food!! Our waitress was very forgetful. Took her 20 mins to get me my drink.
Worst service ever. Was sat at a table and then forgotten about.(15 minutes). Other people's orders were taken that had been seated after us. The best was when we got up walk out after waiting over 15 minutes the waitress had the audacity to say you couldn't wait 5 seconds. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!
We have been coming here off & on for a few years. All I can say,we have never received bad food.We have ordered breakfast and lunch mostly. Never any real problem. We have been there on Holiday weekends, when there is a line and a wait for food. They should hire additional help for those times. The only item on their their menu I might say isn't up to standard is Marionberry Cobbler. Have not tried any other baked desserts.
Eggs benedict way over cooked and sauce was terrible! We couldnt even politely finish our meals. Hashbrowns undercooked. Server was informed and handed us a bill for full price. I had to ask the manager to only charge us for 1 plate because we left full plates of food on the table
