Wearing masks - I assume due to company policy, but they take them off to talk to each other (staff) and to customers. Also dropped the To-go bag on the floor, then just picked it up and put the food in it.
Very disgusting to learn that we may have been exposed to HepA during our meal here. Jan 31, 2020. We were never informed by the restaurant. If we learned within 2 week window, we could have went and got vaccine. NOPE we learned from the News in Boise. 3 weeks later! Very upsetting we get to sit and worry while we count down the incubation period. Can't help but wonder why a food service employee isn't vaccinated for this anyway? Or wearing gloves. Very bad. Terrible service that day too. Paid alot and not even ... read more

Just found out exciting news that one of their employees has hepatitis A and was still working for 3 weeks. Informed by the channel 2 news. Tried calling the restaurant to ask the manager for some more details... only they were unable to come to the phone. Just FYI

I'm from out of state visiting my family and my family and I waited 70 minutes for our food.. yes 70.. and finally just left without eating. We were never offered our food for free or an apology or anything! Will never go back.

Should I rate this if I didn't actually get served? It was busy with a wait line, so we sat at the counter. We were able to order within several minutes, then the wait started. We were able to watch where the itdes were on the board, it took several minutes just fir our order to appear on the board, already on "yellow" status. Most of the screen was red with average orders running 26 minutes, then 27, and finally up to 30. (It turns red at 15 minutes, meaning it's taking too long) At times our order was pushed back, due to D... read more
