First time here at the Buena Park location. After being seated we were forgotten. No service for 20/25 minutes. Busboy served us drinks. Food was good when it did finally come. But the poor service really killed the mood. Overall a bad bad experience.

Waitresses are not making sure that people have coffee in their cup

Usually we have the best service and great food, unfortunately on Saturday after our server Sierra took our order we never saw her again. Only half of our party received their food and I had to ask a different waitress ( couldn't find ours) if the rest of our order was coming out after 8 minutes of waiting. I finally found a manager to ask after 15 minutes and the rest of my party was almost finished eating, only to continue waiting. Waiter was very good but kitchen seemed to be very slow and they were not that busy. I made a mistake and ordered a Rueben sandwich. Over cooked. Tomato soup was great.
