We love the beef taco salad. It is huge can feed 2-3 people easily. The veggies are all fresh. Best taco salad I've found in Tarrant county. They offer a variety of salad dressings. We also love the blackberry cobblers so good. Perfect ratio of fruit, crust and sweetness. We prefer it ala mode. We also love the club sandwiches. We don't eat pork so we remove the ham and bacon and the chef replaced the pork with more turkey. Very good. Service is very good. The hostesses always friendly and willing to help.
I was very impressed with how quickly The Blackbear Diner responded to my email regarding my unhappy experience at their restaurant. The assistant manager called me and apologized for everything. She asked me to give the restaurant another try. The restaurant covered dinner for myself and my son. The food, the atmosphere and the service were very good. It was a much better experience this time. I shall return.

Only been for breakfast a couple of times the sweet cream pancakes are the best but both types of hashbrowns come out super oily/greasy. The house made sausage does taste good but also super greasy. Over easy eggs always cooked perfect & the kids grilled cheese always good.

This was our first visit and it did not disappoint. The food was great, large portions easy to split or bring home leftovers. Our server Gabby was wonderful. Greeted us quickly and got our order perfect. Super helpful ans sweet. It was busy but there was plenty of room at the tables.
