I was very impressed with how quickly The Blackbear Diner responded to my email regarding my unhappy experience at their restaurant. The assistant manager called me and apologized for everything. She asked me to give the restaurant another try. The restaurant covered dinner for myself and my son. The food, the atmosphere and the service were very good. It was a much better experience this time. I shall return.

Only been for breakfast a couple of times the sweet cream pancakes are the best but both types of hashbrowns come out super oily/greasy. The house made sausage does taste good but also super greasy. Over easy eggs always cooked perfect & the kids grilled cheese always good.

This was our first visit and it did not disappoint. The food was great, large portions easy to split or bring home leftovers. Our server Gabby was wonderful. Greeted us quickly and got our order perfect. Super helpful ans sweet. It was busy but there was plenty of room at the tables.

Husband and I are outdoor camping and cabin living people and this little diner has all the feels of that! We absolutely love the atmosphere and service of Black Bear Diner! We can't say enough good things about how polite everyone is and how kind the waiters and waitresses are to answer any questions. I love the fact that they have fresh squeezed orange juice! That's so delicious and the coffee is amazing too! Food is awesome and delicious we've had breakfast items and lunch items and we are very much enjoying all the meals... read more
