I think the service could be better, had to ask for the little side items that should have been automatically brought with the food. My food was good though. I don't recommend the potato salad.

Great food. Big portions. Service was ok. Only 2 servers for the large dining area. Choked on a corn muffins waiting for a refill. Only one napkin per person with a platter with gravy and chicken fried steak????? I know they just opened a couple months ago. I hope they get their service together as this could be a great comfort food restaurant.

No creo que sea para tanto. Por la cantidad de gente que va. Pareciera que todo es delicioso...Pero los hay mejores.

I would love to write a real nice review of Black Bear. BUT I can not. I have visited Black Bear in multiple locations, all have been great, the food, the service, and people. BUT the Chino location is totally off it's Mark. And it's really sad to see. In the last few weeks, I have been to Black Bear in Chino twice. Both times, I left with a very bad taste in my mouth. The first time, the food was delicious, but the service totally SUCKED. The second time, we hoped to get a different server, we did.. BUT, again th... read more

Everything takes forever to get a seat to order your drinks to order your food to get your food and then the pancakes were under cooked the eggs had shells, the garnish was even cooked a bit from sitting under the lights, it was just not a good good experience and at the end I had to pay for it. So to wait on drinks to wait on food that is not good and then you pay them for that bad experience something is not correct with this. Very very doubtful I will be back.

Hard to say we would be back. Sadly our first time yesterday was not satisfactory. We were seated right away and then alllll bad. 6 min to be greeted by a server and by greeted i mean " what would u like to drink?" Another 10 min to order our food. Then waited another 35 minutes for our order. It came cold. Had to ask hostess for our bill.... A table across from us was also unhappy and complained to the manager. So, i considered offering my feedback as well...until i heard the manager justifying, arguing her point about "tic... read more

Surprised they couldn't make an Arnold palmer at an all American cafe. 25% of my steak, fat. Thick, in your face, fat. Lol and at $17.99 idk if I should've gotten a 25% discount. Didn't even drink my iced tea. It was sour. Will give them another chance, hopefully good is better. This time I'll order Pepsi. On a bonus note, cornbread was good
