RecommendedWish I could give you ****** (6 Stars). As soon as we entered the door I could tell we were in a happy place. The food was great, served hot which is really important to us, and service was awesome from start to finish. We will be back, can't wait to try your bread pudding. :-) I think you will do very well in Cottonwood as the prices are very reasonable.
My husband and I came in for your soft opening and had a great meal. Friendly staff, cute decor, and huge portions! Great addition to our little town. Thank you.
Horrible service even when it's not busy. Came in around 1pm and left around 4pm and that wasn't because we wanted to be there. Had to go get a server to come to our table to take our order after sitting there for over an hour and then it took over an hour to even get our food. 3 hours in a restaurant is insane. Just saying. Most of the tables were empty. This was not the first time it has happened either. Black bear has lost our business.

Tried a french dip sandwich with onion rings. The meat was tough, chewy, and stringy. Hard to chew and onion rings were not great. Disappointed.....

Not once in the last year and half of ordering have they gotten an order correct. Now they serve moldy food. I cannot eat at this place ever again. 🤮
