With proper training for the employees and the management this would be basically a good place to dine however that it doesn't appear to be happening that it's still continuing to go down hill from the ratings and it's obvious that they don't simply care enough to change for the better . Until that they do we will not dine there when we have other local restaurants in town with better ratings .

After 15 minutes waiting on giving a drink order finally got some coffee and then 45 minutes later our meal. And not the greatest food. Won’t do this again.

Inexperienced Staff Salad delivered after entree Entree was ice cold The operation is sort of hit or miss. The hostess station takes names to be seated, but doesn’t have a dedicated Host, and folks are skipped over. Big disappointment Not recommended
When we arrived there were very fee patrons in the restaurant. We sat in our booth for approximately 20 minutes after ordering. Since we were the first booth directly off their main path for food delivery, not once did anyone (including the manager) bother to acknowledge us. Even after a different waitress finally brought our food our waitress never stopped by to see how the food was or if we needed anything (she repeatedly walked by too). poor quality of the staff and the food isn't all that perfect
This was the second time we were there we thought we'd give it another chance. They had line out the door waiting to be seated until people started mentioning the had two waitresses and one host! It took over thirty minutes to get our food, maybe longer. Lost track of time. Sad. Good food, terrible staffing! People left in groups and the host wasn't even around.

Extremely slow, Messed up our food 3 times and then overcharged us. No apology from management. Would not go back.

I don’t use to write a review but this time I have to. The waitress just show up to ask us for the drinks and that’s it.. We wait for 20 minutes to see if someone take our order.. NOTHING! I said “excuse me”to one of the employees (I guess the manager) he ignored me!! My son look at me like “really”? we also saw a couple leave the restaurant very angry and we heard them say that they were waiting for a long time too.! 🤨

Poor service , sat down and server never took our order after 20 min of sitting while the server took other people’s orders that came in 10 min after us we walked out .
