I ordered take out over the phone for pot roast and a BLT on rye bread. Pot roast was hard, dry and nasty. BLT came on white bread with one piece of old hard bacon, cut in half, with one wilted piece of lettuce and paper thin tomatoes. Thirty bucks in the trash.
Ordered the rib dinner. Forgot the fries. The rib had to be chewed and ripped apart because they were so over cooked. Over all just a horrible experience even more so when they want you to drive the food all the way back to the store to do anything about it. Will not spend my money here again. Horrible food horrible customer service.

food came Luke warm and chicken pot pie was tasteless!! Server was great !!
Server Alex James was excellent. Food coming out of the kitchen was a 45 minute wait or longer all half a dozen or so times we've been. People who were seated 15 minutes after us got their food 15 minutes before us. The kitchen routine really needs attention.

Food is not nearly as good as any of the many ones I’ve been too. Service was good. They try hard. But food takes so long to get out. We don’t ever go here now lol. Tried a few times. Never improved.
I went for my 55th birthday breakfast. I like the generous portions & free birthday meal. The wait was really long & we were on the verge of leaving. Other people came well after us & got their food quickly. Being minorities we did wonder if that was a factor in the long wait. Our server was not personable & we had to flag her down for beverage refills rather than her checking if we needed any. I don't know if my daughter will patronize this establishment any more. I might.
