Went for Christmas dinner food came out cold. found hair in salad. prices where crazy high
Said 3o minutes wait to sit ...only 15 minute wait..yeah .then it was all down hill frim there. Sat down 30 minutes.no acknowledgement ,no order taken..finally a wait person says be right there.another 15 minutes go buy.we seek out assistance another 10 minutes.we order...our food never comes.we noticed a table that came in 20 minutes after us already eating..we get up ask for manager..when he comes and we tell him that we haven't gotten our food he looks into it comes back and tells us the ticket was pulled and never cooked... read more

My mom ordered food for delivery with Door Dash from black bear diner about 30 minutes before they closed, the food arrive on time through Door Dash, but Black Bear Diner is charging $13.49 for their Beyond Burger with onion rings as a side and only give 4 onion rings as a side. This is not even close to being worth the charged price it’s not even funny. I don’t expect a mountain of onion rings, but I expect the dish to at least look full and not only include literally 4 onion rings.

Service was terrible in a basically empty restaurant. Floor was dirty. ordered food, 20 minutes later waitress informs us they are out of a dish we ordered. another 20 minutes we get our food. Burger was tasteless. Could have dined & dashed but hunted down our waitress for our check. Will not recommend it or go back.

RecommendedWe had a great experience at Black Bear. We were greeted by your Hostess Debi who showed us the menu and convinced us we wanted to stay. Debi was a stitch even though she was at the end of a long shift. I can’t remember feeling so welcome at a restaurant before. We we’re seated at a nice booth and, in no time, she had these weary travelers laughing. We had a great dinner and made a new friend. I’d highly recommend Black Bear Diner.

RecommendedI sat at the bar and I’m telling you the cooks in the back are so entertaining!! It was truly an enjoyable “show” and I absolutely loved it!! They are fast, funny, focused and truly a team! Awesome food and I loved the “show”
