Place is joke, called to say was not happy. got lied to, given fake info about who was who, given bad number to Corporate office by so called GM and Manger. Service no good and food was crap. McDonald's has better service.

I ordered the prime rib, rare and mashed potatoes, no gravy. Simple, right? What did I get? Well done meat with mashed potatoes swimming in gravy. I was shaking my head no even before she put it down. She still put it down. Why? There was gravy and black meat. Gross. I ordered no gravy and red meat. so slow 45 minutes at least food was cold like yesterdays fries wrong potatoes red potatoes not mashed asked for mashed, with chicken fried small amount of sauce on steak toast never came for 10 minutes after food. no fruit no butter pancake tough and cold the waiter keep on apologizing for the service of food and tried to compensate. 4 o'clock this morning 2 of 3 people are sick throwing up and diarrhea I am one of the two.

Normally we LOVE Black Bear Diner. My girls literally squealed when I told them we were going there for dinner tonight. Tonight something must have been very off. I had ordered the salmon and was brought something that was either VERY old or VERY overcooked and had no flavor or seasoning at all. They offered to remake it, but as it took nearly 45 minutes for it to come out the first time (It was already after 8pm) and I am sure it would have had just as little seasoning, we declined.
