Bad bad bad. Cold food, waited over an hour for it, 4 of the 7 orders came our wrong, no refills ok drinks (coffee or water for that hour+ we waited for our food) HAIR ON THE FOOD... for god sakes this was real. If you want to see the post go to my Facebook wall. I explained it all there...
Cold food terrible service they are usually awesome for breakfast but after are last experience definitely won't be back to this location
I am one to never complain on social media but I have never had so many issues at a restaurant in one sitting.....Went there yesterday for lunch for the very 1st time with my mom and my 2 kids... The restaurant was not very busy and after waiting over 30 min for our food our server came to tell us "the cooks lost our ticket" so she had to put the order back in.. Again another long wait. I have a fun little story for all of you. It began around 5:30 pm. We decided to go to the Black Bear Diner in Draper for dinner because I had visited locations in California and the food and service were amazing. We were seated and had our server arrive quite promptly for our orders. Like, within 2 minutes of us sitting down. We gave our drink order and helped the kids decide what they wanted. Half our table was served 20 minutes before the other half. No one wanted to eat before anyone, so food got cold by the time we all ate. When the waitress gave us our bill, she apologized and comp'd our drinks... which were three sodas and three waters. Hardly worth the trouble we went through. I just can't with this location anymore.
