We went in this morning and it wasn’t busy at all. Our waitress Connie sat us and we ordered water. We were ready to order and as always per usual the food was amazing! However the service by Connie was horrible. She brought my husband and I a shot glass of orange juice after we had gotten water and continued to pressure us to buy orange juice. I used to love going to the black bear, but when I just got charged $15 for 1 coffee, 2 orange juice, not worth the cost.
I used to love going to the black bear, but when I just got charged $15 for 1 coffee, 2 orange juice, not worth the cost.
We were told it would be a 30 minute wait. An hour later we finally complained and was told our table was being cleaned off at that moment and it would be 3 min. Parties that arrived after us were being seated. After about 5 more minutes, they sat another big group that came in after us at the table that we were just told was for us. Finally seated after and hour and a half almost and we waited another 45 min for our food to come because the kitchen was backed up! Food was good but will not return to this establishment.
