Food was good like norma (I've been to a few other locations). Service was, eh. Busy location.
Black Bear is a fantastic place to eat. I have been eating here every chance I get. The morning breakfast are really great.Service was really great I couldn't ask for better service
Amazingly friendly and fun. Dani was our waitress and she had great suggestions and a lovely helping of hospitality. Food- so many delicious choices. If you're in a hurry choose the type of food you want before you go. Breakfast ALL DAY!
Jan was lovely, super attentive! Always checking in on us and making sure we were well taken care of. The food was delicious as well. Will be coming back asking for Jan!
The place is completely redone and clean. All the employees were very helpful and attentive. Fast service. Burger was good. Very happy & thankful there is a Black Bear in Eloy ! Will be coming back often.
I love a brand-new restaurant! Everything is so clean and shiny! Excellent service from Scott with lots of support staff. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner all day. We opted for a burger and a tri tip dip sandwich. Everything was great. They are good with special orders too. The Hubbs got a medium-rare burger with everything on the side. Substitutions including paying the difference in price for items are not permitted here. I requested to substitute pancakes for French Toast and was told by the waitress "It's not allowed here because management realized that people are figuring out how to go with the cheaper options"... I even asked if I could just have 1 French toast in place of three pancakes that come with the Volcano meal, and was told no. I then simply ordered creamy grits with cheese and a side of sausage. We stood waiting to give our name to wait for a table for over 10 minutes. When the host finally came up to get our name she was very rude. We left.

If I could give no stars I would. This place was awful. The manager, she was rude and the server had a snotty attitude. My food was cold and tasted like it was leftover from last week. I travel AZ for work and have been to many Black Bear Diners from Tucson to Goodyear to Cottonwood and hands down this place should be closed.
