Service was extremely slow which in itself I could overlook. However the eggs Benedict was not what I am accustomed to. Stingy with the hollandaise, ham was extremely salty, hash browns were not normal, and fruit cup was not ripe. Overall, not a good experience.

Disappointed- the first time ever at this brand. Been there 3 times and was sure it would get better. It didn't! Waiters are extremely slow even when not busy. Today was last straw. Ordered chicken fried steak and eggs. Showed up cool with no gravy. Biscuit was very hard - at least three days old. Black Bear have been my go to but skip this one.

We recently tried the Eloy location for the second time, around 1pm on a weekday. Customer service had greatly improved since we tried them not too long after they opened. I ordered the chicken fried steak meal and it was good-- served hot. Salad was fresh and the dressing tasty. My husband ordered an omelette which was good. However, the potatoes served with it were cold and the giant biscuit was like a hockey puck. The floors could have used a sweeping-- but, I'm keeping in mind they were just finishing the lunch hour... read more

I guess they will never learn. Not busy at all yet still had a long wait to be seated. Only one waitress and she was running register also. One other was there that could only get your drink order. Management has always been horrible here! Food was great even though they need a lot more gravy on those huge biscuits! This was during breakfast time...

The service here is Terrible. There is no hostess or someone at the register. We arrived at 12:58, November 10, 2024. it is now 2:09 pm and still no food. It took 15 minutes just to seat us. This is unacceptable service. We won't be back.

service during breakfast very slow. 1 1/2 hours from the time we walked in the door till we were served. No cream for coffee was served. Food was cold.. Decor I is nice. The staff does not seem to realize that in a truck stop people want to be served quickly and be on their way. Food was not the best. Biscuit underbaked and doughy. Ham is good, egg cooked correctly. Hash browns were raw. Waitress ignored us for a long time when we first arrived. Silver ware was not correct had to stir coffee with a friends knife. Not what a... read more

I was excited to eat here as I'd heard nothing but good things about Black Bear diners. The menu tells their story, pretty cool expansion from 1 diner to 160-ish. Unfortunately, aside from the nice servers it was a terrible experience. They were out of many ingredients- bacon, ham, sausage, peppers, spinach, the list goes on. Apparently the food order was wrong. So we figured out what we could order and made it work. I ordered the sourdough melt, medium with well done French fries. What I got was the kids patty, charbroiled... read more

Disappointed with the lack of service, filth of the carpet, and wilted, black slimy lettuce that came out of the kitchen as a garnish with my burger! At a truck stop diner I expect fast efficient service. For two burgers and 2 iced teas we sat for over 30 minutes post ordering. Step it up or step out of the truck stop! Drivers all have places to go!
