Gave two stars as the staff was pleasant. However the WAIT is UNBELIEVABLE! We sat there for an hour after we ordered and still did not receive our food. It would have been better if we would have been informed of the wait to receive our food. Our waiter also could have checked on us a throughout but didn't. I had to ask someone to get her. Once we explained we would like to leave and just pay for our coffee, she just comped the bill for us as she understood. This was really disheartening as a new establishment a lot of work... read more

Slow slow slow service. When asked about the delay the waitress stated it takes an hour to an hour and a half as if this is normal? Tables were full and no food going past us. Definitely need to step it up!!!! Not planning to return.

Stopped in today to try out to have breakfast w my family, since love other locations from this chain. Waited only 25 mins to be seated which was fine, normal for a Sunday. Where seated, got our drinks & ordered our food. Cool, normal. Until we were waiting for almost an 1hour and 20mins for our food after we ordered , hadn't gotten our food. Mind you we had two small children with us, who are antsy already & hungry. Our waitress was nice, but never once asked us if we wanted a refill in that almost 1.5hrs we waited f... read more

Did not like the wait! No place to sit would have had to stand for an hour or so we left! Didn't try the food but if you don't mind standing for an hour or so check it out.

We were invited to the training event on April 14. Food and service was good. Went back for dinner on 4/26 and it was a catastrophe! We didn't want to wait the hour we were told it would be so we sat at the counter. It was eye opening. The kitchen staff is a mess. The expediter looked like a deer in the headlights. We saw two burgers sit at the pass for 45 minutes while they tried to get the table completed. My husband saw our plates put up at the pass where they sat for 25 minutes, and we were sitting right there!! He had... read more

First let me say, this place has only been open for 3 weeks and it is Mother's Day. Kinks are to be expected, as was a wait. My boys brought me here for breakfast. We were told the wait would be about an hour, and were prepared for that with the newness and holiday factored in. It was almost exactly an hour in when we were seated. A waitress got our drink orders as we browsed the menu. Amanda, our server took our food orders. I chose the traditional eggs Benedict, one son got top sirloin, another the Hobo omelette. T... read more

2nd visit to see if they had worked out the kinks to just opening and to see if they had addressed the seating issue for those waiting to be seated, they had not Ok parking and staff remain the same 5 star. Plenty of parking and staff are friendly and attentive Here is what I am disappointed in: Spouse and I both had the 2+2+2 which are 2 eggs, 2 pancakes and 2 bacon strips which is advertised on the entrance to the building, big bold sign. There was a 30+ minute wait when we walked in at 9:30AM so we elected to sit a... read more
