Poor service. Poor food. Should have stayed Iron Skillet. Their inability to make separate checks at the table and it has to be divided at the register is ludicrous. This is part of the poor customer service.

Been here 6x. 3 times during the day, 3 at night. Walked out twice during the night visits. 4 servers, 7 tables and waited 27min for a tuna melt. Day time service is average. Evenings I'd suggest Burger King across the street. 1 Star is generous
All I can say is that the hostess was kind. We were on a family trip, waiting for over an hour to get breakfast, and my wife simply asked our server when we might be served. The server was not only rude, but did not provide us a reasonable time as to when the food might be ready.we will not be back to this or any other of these cafés. It was our first time at a black bear and it will be our last time.

Went two different times and walked out both times. I keep seeing the reviews about working out the kinks, this place is hopeless. Bring back the Iron Skillet so much better!

We have gotten carry out both times. My husband and I both got hamburgers and fries. The hamburgers were dry and had no taste. Food is overpriced . We will not order again.

Busy place at the Petro with a shit ton of not truckers! Sat at the counter and was waited on before the guy next to me that looked like he had been waiting! Ordered sweet tea but, no tea!!!! Some lame ass excuse about the vendor. Ordered the classic burger with no mayo. My food sat in the kitchen window for about 8 minutes while my waitress passed by it no less than 6 times!!!!! Gave two stars as the staff was pleasant. However the WAIT is UNBELIEVABLE! We sat there for an hour after we ordered and still did not receive our food. It would have been better if we would have been informed of the wait to receive our food. Our waiter also could have checked on us a throughout but didn't. I had to ask someone to get her. Once we explained we would like to leave and just pay for our coffee, she just comped the bill for us as she understood. Slow slow slow service. When asked about the delay the waitress stated it takes an hour to an hour and a half as if this is normal? Tables were full and no food going past us. Definitely need to step it up!!!! Not planning to return.
Stopped in today to try out to have breakfast w my family, since love other locations from this chain. Waited only 25 mins to be seated which was fine, normal for a Sunday. Where seated, got our drinks & ordered our food. Cool, normal. Until we were waiting for almost an 1hour and 20mins for our food after we ordered , hadn't gotten our food.
