Very disappointed with this Black Bear. We arrived before 9pm, they close at 10. We were greeted and the server had to wipe down a table for us to sit. At least 6 or 7 tables around us were dirty, food on the floor overall not appealing. We were there for 40 minutes and during that time not one table was cleaned. One server took our order, another delivered and it was missing the ice cream, then I had to ask for a spoon and the 2nd server grunted as she was being bothered. Spent over 10 minutes waiting on someone to even greet us at the door with over 5-6 more couples waiting behind us. We finally got to the table and the table wasn't ready waited till they cleaned it. Got sat down and no one didn't come to serve us after 10 more minutes so we got up and walked out.

Well, we had a very nice server. She was doing her best, but it took about an hour to receive "avocado toast". Everyone at the table received a wrong order. Scrambled eggs came sunny side up. Hash browns came as potatoes. This picture is what was served. Gross. Look elsewhere.

I've been there multiple times. Terrible service and they got my order wrong twice in the same visit.

Waited quite awhile to be seated. A/C barely working. Ordered pot roast, it was tough and so salty I couldn't eat it. Sent it back and asked for a Belgian waffle, which was okay but $10 for just the waffle. My husband ordered the waffle/ham/egg combo- asked for his egg over medium, came out over easy.
