Our family went to black bear dinner this morning. The wait staff delivered my wife's scramble to the table with a giant roach on it. The manager offered to remake the dish on the house, but my wife understandably lost her appetite (and trust) for the establishment. She just cancelled her order and decided not to eat. The icing on the cake was when they had the audacity to still charge us for the two small kids meals. Needless to say, we will not be back.

The staff service is wonderful. However, I don't recommend ordering breakfast for dinner. The hash browns are soggy and tasteless as are the eggs and every ingredient from my takeout omelette yesterday. Morning chefs would likely be better.

They were out of French toast when we went and I was really looking forward to some good french toast. The food we did end up getting was mediocre, bland, and just not very good. Service and coffee also not great. Unfortunately disappointed overall since its so close to our house and could've become a regular spot for us.
