We ordered cinnamon roll French toast and like usual she came said they don’t have it even though we asked to make sure they had it. It’s annoying that it’s normal for this to happen
The Fernley nugget is a joke They really need to Pay more attention to their employees there !.!.!. one of the waitresses was drinking while working as she hung on another employees Breanna Sharp I think is her name !.!. What’s this world coming to can’t even enjoy the casinos any more .!. And I’m almost 100% she was The one they just fired from Pioneer casino for drinking and drinking with lil kids… no respect anymore !.!.!
Called in a to-go order. Was told they were out of soup & salad. Asked if they could throw in 1dessert for the cost of the 2 salads. Answer was no, dessert is significantly more than the salads (2 salads are over $7, dessert is 6-7). Picked up order and got home to Fallon and no side that came with one order. No horseradish for the other order. No cornbread muffins that came with both orders. So paid full price for less.
well usually it's great food, but when they bring you the wrong bear claw n ya gotta wait for the one you ordered but then you get your eggs n hashbrowms so you have to eat it all separately before the eggs eggs get cold !!!! kinda puts a damper on a much wanted Breakfast. then the other order the fries are uncooked!!!!! like just dunked in grease n all soggy. shit!!!!! them you gotta ask for utensils!!!! our waiter took forever to come to our table. When he did he took our drink order and our food order. Then it took another 10 mins to tea & coffee to our table. The waiter was lazy & forgetful and it wasn't even busy.
