I went to brunch with my family on Sunday. Usually Black Bear does a great job but they were off yesterday. We had to share menus, ask twice for place settings and waited 15 minutes for our drinks. I have had mostly great service here so I think they might have been short staffed yesterday.
Normally good at this location, but our whole table's food was cold this time. Dissapointing
The food is good just takes too long to get it lately we always stop on the way to Reno but the last 2 times the food takes forever to get to the table will not be stopping there any more gonna wait until Reno our sparks to eat at black bear just way to long of wait after we order
I agree on the vacuuming while customers are still eating I stopped going here for this same reason it scares my autistic son and after getting raw pancakes and bacon more then five times in a row and getting charged different prices on coffee that they only give you one cup of I finally gave up and haven't been back for a year now. Some of the waitresses were nice the others were poor attitude and lacked customer service.
