1st I didn't even get waited on for 10 minutes. 5 ladies standing around. 1 actually working. my food was warm at best. no one came to check on me. no coffee refills. no water. they were not busy. I sat for 20 minutes waiting on a to go box and my check. Will not be back. service was horrible. I live in town and could easily have made this my favorite place.$14 wasted.

Our server did not communicate very well and after ordering or asking for water she would just walk away and eventually come back but say nothing. My husband asked for his eggs to be over medium, they came out over very hard. We are local and I have to say we love Black Bear but the morning service the last few months is lacking from server to food. We may just need to find a new breakfast place in town.

The only good food in town so far. Polite wait staff and cashiers.
Been having breakfast here since they opened this location and it's always been great till yesterday when I had the nerve to tell a waitress the order was wrong, she threw a fit, told us to leave and don't come back.
