our waiter took forever to come to our table. When he did he took our drink order and our food order. Then it took another 10 mins to tea & coffee to our table. The waiter was lazy & forgetful and it wasn't even busy.
was set at the booth across from the counter. was told someone will be right with me. 20 minutes later I was told the same thing. 25 minutes, still no water, no service. I watched people brought in 10 minutes after me, eating their breakfast. so I got up and left. I guess the money is at tables with more than just one person. I eat at Black bears all over as a trucker. this is the worst I've been treated!

holiday ham meal was garbage. no green beans either. who wants broccoli and carrots. did not eat would not recommend

I ordered take out today because I medically can't wear a mask (which is in the guidelines by the way!) and had a bunch of team members freak out on the employee trying to get me my food and myself. It was very disappointing to be discriminated against. Also I am very sad the hashbrowns have changed. Not nearly as good as they used to be with the big ones. Unfortunately I doubt I will be back after the treatment today.

February 25th 2020 we came to eat the the black bear diner in Fernley NV. The host sat us and got our drinks but after sitting at the table for 35 minutes a server never came to our table. We even stopped someone and told them that we was ready to order. I’m highly upset and very disappointed because the server walk to the back and asked another couple how they were doing but never acknowledged us. We got seated in the back of the restaurant when they had plenty of open tables. Sent from my iPhone

Waited an hour and 10 minutes for food before deciding to leave. Glad they made sure to charge me for my drinks, though!

Ordered a rib eye steak and salad the steak was dry and it had so much gristle that when I was done I had a whole plate of gristle and fat and very over cooked meat. Also the blue cheese dressing was watered down like someone was trying to make it stretch. It would be nice if I could get a free meal. And definitely stay away from the steaks.
