The service was horrible three of us didn’t get our food while the rest of our party ate so their food wouldn’t get cold because the air-conditioner was blowing over our tables
Slow customer service. Staff did not seem very friendly. The biscuits and gravy did not have much sausage in it.
First time going to black bear since they are far from where we live. The fountain location was BOOMING yesterday to say the very least. My husband and daughter ordered a breakfast item off of the menu, my pregnancy cravings have been meat everything ! I ordered the tri-tip dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans... now, I know they were busy, however the waitress completely forgot to bring over the cornbread muffin and soup I ordered that comes with the meal, until the end when I asked her if she can just put it in a to... read more

We went there yesterday for the first day and my family wasn’t thrilled at all. � I understand they just opened on Monday but I would have thought they would be more cautious on how they need to do their job. Our food wasn’t big portions like we been used to in the other two locations that we have been many times here in the Springs, the waitress brought us dirty knives.
