This place is absolute trash. It ruined my sisters graduation, actually. We waited an entire hour for our food to come out. Waitress forgot to put our order in, took no responsibility for her mistake whatsoever, then proceeded to beat around the bush when asked how long until our food would be out. THEN, she gave us the wrong food! When we asked to speak to the manager, the manager became snippy with us while we questioned why in the world it is taking so long. The food was actually pretty good, the service was possibly the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant.
We walked out before we even sat down. Customers who needed to pay their bill got help before a man, my husband and myself got seated. Was looking forward to a nice breakfast but they screwed up. Never will go there again. Breakfast at Village Inn was very pleasant.

First Visit, they waited to long to take our order, It looked like there wasn't enough staff waiting on tables and they took long in bringing out the food so the food wasn't warm, the girl serving us kept forgetting to bring out what we asked for like napkins, takeout box, etc., they even forgot to include our military discount. We ate here on a Sunday evening...they were not terribly busy but definitely need more training & perhaps replace a few employees. I managed another restaurant for 6 years & realize new restaurants need time to work out a lot of issues...but our meals took an hour & 40 minutes to come out (at separate times). A host had to wait on us since the servers were "too busy" (they were not!). I think the worst was when the female floor manager came out & made tons of excuses as to why our service went badly. Ribs are ok nothing to brag about I don't think I'll get them again . Waiter was really nice,� chicken fried steak was ok .
Took a hour to get food and then it was cold people are rude will not go back
