Our family was disappointed since we have enjoyed the Black Bear on Academy Blvd. Our food came out and seemed like it had been sitting a bit before it arrived to our table. The cream gravy had a “skin” on it. The steaks were very small/thin. The table next to us had hair in their food and the table across from us had undercooked salmon. The food was good. But we didn’t get one meal until we mentioned it when everyone was almost finished. They forgot milks and didn’t put salsa on the plates. The service was horrible.

Don’t bother. Go to the one in the Springs you’ll be much better off. The simplest breakfast made incorrectly... return time was about 10 min after everyone else had their food & still...

Went last week, both of our dinners came out cold. The waiter was very apologetic and gave us pies to take home. Really hope the kitchen staff gets it together.
