Food is good but every time we go we have had me issue or another. Crowded and having to wait. Servers not checking up on us. Forgetting our food. Yesterday they were out of both New York steak and tri tip so my 8 y o was sad because that's what he wanted. They didn't tell us when he ordered his NY steak. Came out and offered the tri tip so be compromised. Then just before food was ready, they came out to say no tri tip he had to pick again. Went last night for my birthday to the Fullerton location since it is new to our area. The restaurant was crowded and there were only 2 servers and short staffed in the kitchen. We received our salads before our drinks and never received our cornbread. Drinks were not refilled unless we actually stood up and waved someone down. After 2 hours we finally finished our meal. Not sure I will go back unless they hire more people. Everyone around us had received a discount but us. Staff apologized but that was it.

Don't believe the hype or let the long lines fool you! It's not great or delicious. After waiting 45 minutes for breakfast, I was served the incorrect dish. Then once my plate did come they forgot the cheese in the omelette? What? How do you forget that? I asked politely for the cheese and it came back with little shavings of mozzarella or jack cheese? Still unsure what type of cheese it was, It wasn't melted just there. So, needless to say the bacon and onions were loose in the egg. I should've just rolled it up and ate it ... read more

Ordered the burger and fries and what a disappointment - bun was soggy and cold fries that came with it were smaller then a McDonald's small fry (which is pretty small) and they were ice cold too. Wife got breakfast and it looked good but I'm only here to state my experience which was very poor-

Waited 10 minutes to get seated at 8 at night. Waited 15 minutes at the table without any acknowledgement and walked out. Never going back.
