Went to the Fullerton one last night..on Christmas..it was a zoo. It seemed no one was in charge. Waited 30 min and they were taking people who got there after us..had to complain about that..sat at the table for 15 minutes and no server. Had to complain about that..just simply not enough staff at this location

The food is decent but it doesn't compensate for the bad service inspite of the fact I sat in the counter I had to ask for my coffee and water to be refilled twice. The creamer dish was brought over to me with trash from another customer. They have very little organization and communication among them. They gave my place to someone that came in later than me and when I asked to speak to the manager, never apologized and gave me a passive aggressive attitude all he could reply it was a first come first serve to sit on the ... read more

RecommendedFood was great, service excellent but.... there was a fly over us that just wouldn't go away, hate these little pests especially when we're eating!!
Food is good but every time we go we have had me issue or another. Crowded and having to wait. Servers not checking up on us. Forgetting our food. Yesterday they were out of both New York steak and tri tip so my 8 y o was sad because that's what he wanted. They didn't tell us when he ordered his NY steak. Came out and offered the tri tip so be compromised. Then just before food was ready, they came out to say no tri tip he had to pick again.
