Can't beat Black Bear! The food is comfort food and you leave feeling very loved!! I have actually been to the PHX location over 5 times and once to the Lake Havasu location. Very good.

Being from La. I am a big fish eater but especially southern fried catfish. Black Bear advertised all you can eat fish for $8.99. I knew it wouldn't be catfish but thought it would at least be decent. Turned out all I could eat wasn't very much. It was Pollock or so I was told. Overcooked (tough) dry and greasy at the same time. I didn't detect any seasoning what so ever. My daughter didn't fare too well either. Her chicken tenders were so tough she couldn't eat them so she reordered and got a cheeseburger . She gagged on it... read more

Wait staff was atrocious. Never have we been treated so rudely. We went to the Glendale location twice yesterday, our first and last time! The cashier spent all her time talking about how she hates when people order differently from the menu. Shame on you
