I ate a quarter of my sandwich and then found a hair in it. Ky stomach instantly turned bc that's just gross. manager was very nice, comped my meal & offered some dessert to take home. I've worked in restaurants before and know thay you have to wear hair nets...please reinforce this. I know things happen, but it just puts a bad taste in my mouth about the quality.

The decor was fabulous. However my chicken tenders were too done and sweet potato fries were burn only 1/2 were edible
Disappointed! We go here often and have always had a good experience all the way around. This morning we took our daughter for breakfast, upon paying we ordered two chocolate pies for our daughter to take back to college with her. I only gave 3 stars because of the service we received this morning. The food was excellent as always and I will go back but never have her as our waitress again.

Normally, the food and service are great. Yesterday they dropped the ball. We had no one up front to seat us. Then I got a reuben that had no sourkraut, so I had to order that extra. When I asked for a to go box, I got a dirty one!!!! Disappointing for sure.
Hey. Thanks for the food poisoning yesterday. The tainted tri tip sandwich was to die for. My girlfriend added a fruit cup to her order. The fruit was warm like it was sitting under a heat lamp. The fruit was 4 dollars with 2 types of melon and a few slivers of strawberry. I used to like black bear diner. They lost a some customers yesterday.
