I used to love BBD several years ago but their service has changed and not for the better. Was there the other day. Got seated, order taken, food brought and then forgotten. Had to flag down the hostess to get a refill on my drink. Wouldn’t be a big deal and I wouldn’t be writing a review if this was the first time it had happened. This one customer is also choosing to spend money so it would be nice to be treated as if we are important as well. In my case, your tip depends on it.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. This was my second time at this BBD. I was eating my food and bit into a piece of cast iron from what they use to cook from and, they are putting the company that makes the potato’s at fault. Which in the end I’m stuck with a completely cracked tooth. You would think this company would be truthful and honest but, no they are NOT. I was told by a manger they use like cast iron stuff cook potatoes and from picture you can clearly tell that’s what it is!!! I am highly disappointed ... read more

My eggs were completely raw on the inside. Everything but the coffee was cold.
The food was terrible, so disappointing. The burgers were as sad as something you'd order from a fast food dollar menu. The meat on them tasted cheap, they were small, the buns were the same as cheap store bought. The biscuits and gravy are big but really bland and doughy. I really wanted to like this place but the food isn't worth it.
