Bad service and cold food
RecommendedI do love black bear diner the food is always on point and usually up until this morning the service is too. but I just had a pretty bad experience there this morning. I realize times are hard and lots of places are short staffed, and I have patience so I don't mind waiting on the server or food. we ordered the sirloin steak one med rare, mine well done. My steak came back bloody, my mashed potatoes were cold n gravy was extremely salty. When i told my server bout my steak she responded with, " ITS NOT TO YOUR LIKING" . I SAID ID LIKE IT COOKED PROPERLY WELL DONE. THUMBS DOWN FOR THIS PLACE. NEVER WILL WE GO THERE AGAIN!!!
If the family package says you get 8 items how is it ok to only deliver 4. You suck.
Not COVID measures followed. There isn’t 6 ft separation from customer table to customer table, the air filter hasn’t been cleaned and let alone desinfected for years. Place was literally packed and therefore service was extremely slow. My omelette looked like they just poured a jar of fake yolks in the pan to cook. Not planning to come back never.
