The waitress didn’t listen to my order, the green beans were canned, my crappy dinner came out 3 minutes after my salad, and my dinner was missing the cornbread. Overall it was crap! They have good pancakes, but that’s all I’d order... but the service is the worst, McDonald’s has better service.
Way too long of a wait for a 1/2 empty diner. Service was rushed. And food was just ok.
Usually go here because the service is great. Today, not the case. Went to pickup my online order & while reviewing my order with me I had to ask to get a new pancake because it was soaking in syrup. After that I had put a kids apple juice with the cub meal. The lady told me I didn't order any drink. The manager got involved (looking at the ticket) and argued with me for 5 minutes that I didn't purchase an apple juice and just to shut me up. I went in for my free birthday breakfast . The waitress was rude gave me burnt coffee had to ask for water. The silverware was bent up. My pancakes were cold. The waitress didn't even wish me a HAPPY BIRFDAY and DIDNT even say thank you or bye NOTHING. Went to the bathroom afterwards, very disgusting it looked like dried Feces on the floor ,paper towel dispenser didn't work. OVER ALL THIS IS A VERY BAD Discussing PLACE BEWARE PEOPLE
After all I heard was very disappointed, biscuits were dry, not enough gravy for biscuits, and coffee was warm, not hot.
