My husband loves the chicken fried steak! The gravy is delicious and the servings are huge! It's hit or miss with the food and service. I'll keep going back as long as they can make things right.

Great food with a variety of choices! Enjoyed my chicken fried steak!. Friendly service. The atmosphere was clean and lived the bears decor! Would have deserved 5 stars, but one order was not in the meal, so had to make another trip to pick it up! I called I let them know and they were quick to remedy the problem. I enjoyed the food and will be sure to go or order on line again. Thank you, Loreta Wells

I have wanted to try this diner ever since it opened. The service was great and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes. Definitely would recommend this place.

Ok if you are looking for BIG portions at a reasonable cost for 2023 with good tasting food, this is the place!! Service was friendly and it's a at your momma house atmosphere!

This was an awesome dining experience. The food came out hot and in a timely manner. The Crew was so welcoming and upbeat. which was great to see after a long P.T. session. The "Hobo Omelet" is a great way to start your day. Can't wait to try the taco salad. Keep up the good work "Black Bear"!

This place was very nice with an extensive menu. You can get everything you want from breakfast, salads, dinner... what I call the ultimate diner. The salad was fresh and delicious. Our waitress was attentive and everyone was extremely helpful. I saw a lot of food being delivered and wished I had another day to try their breakfast. Maybe next time I'm in town.

i went with some family and friends today which was 6 of us in total and although it looked super busy we got sat right away. it took the server a little while to get to us but it wasn't too terrible. i got a sweet tea to drink and it was good. the waffles however, weren't up to par i let my boyfriend try some and we both agreed ihops were better which is kinda sad. the hash-browns were giving off a raw vibe. not crispy enough at all. overall i would wanna go back because i feel like maybe it was an off day.

This is a cute franchise, still working out its flow. The prices were very reasonable as compared to eating in restaurants a year ago. We had scrambled eggs (soft..but they were fried hard and not palatable (, thick bacon, ham,hash browns , fruit cup and splendid dark rich savory coffee. Some of the best I've had in a while.
