Excellent service, good tasting food, fair priced. Have been back a couple of times and they are maintaining the same level of excellence.

I ordered the Reuben with fries my wife got the chicken avocado club with coleslaw and we got the onion rings for appetizer. The onion rings were good and the bacon ranch dipping sauce was good. My wife got her meal correct and they got my meal wrong and had to make it fresh. The Reuben was good but the fries were so so. The wait staff were very friendly and helpful, the restaurant has a lot of extraneous noise and I think that was what caused my order problem.

I had a very good breakfast today for my lunch. I had eggs and bacon with 2 pancakes. The service was really good and the prices were in line with most area family restaurants.

I've visited Black Bear Diner twice now. If you would have asked me to rate my service on my first visit, it would've been two stars. Debbie our waitress was the worse waitress I've ever encountered. She couldn't remember our order. Not even a simple drink order. Picture shown in my review is from the first visit. The salmon was good but my mash potatoes was cold. But I'm done talking about the first visit. The second visit was amazing and that's all because of our waitress Trinidad. She gave us great service and tended to... read more
