Food was good and plenty of it for the price. Will go back again! Very nice experience. Night time it is packed so you will have to wait. Lunch crowd was not bad. Did not have to wait.

This place is awesome. Busy but very friendly atmosphere. The greeters were very eager to get our group seated. The servers were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our orders didn't take too long and it was delicious. We all enjoyed the food and the biscuits....oh my lord, very generous. I'd recommend this Diner- totally.

People are friendly but I was not pleased with my chicken-fried steak. Yucky. The waitress told me it was one of their best sellers. They give you lots of food. I will try eating breakfast there, I heard it was pretty good.

Very cute diner, with a bit of a wait. I hade the chicken club with sweet potato fries and was not disappointed, my daughter had the pancakes (they were sweeter than my preference) and she enjoyed them. The waitress was very busy but attentive. Will be returning soon.

Loved the dinning area sitting. Food portions are big. The service was pleasant. Our waitress was reasonably attentive. Cute lobby/gift shop area. Food was satisfyingly good.

Pretty disappointing experience. Seems to be a total lack of management or standards. The host is the only person bussing tables. Wiping down tables with dirty towels and storing it in with the menus then grabbing silverware to seat us. The servers were all scrambling. Coffee a biscuits were the only two redeeming items. If I could rate with zero stars, I would. Why is it so hard to get a TOASTED English muffin right? If I want it toasted well, the cooks put it on the griddle, even when I specifically ask for it to not be (and the wait staff puts a note in the order). The food is okay otherwise, but after giving this place several chances to properly TOAST bread, no one cares enough to make sure it's done right.

We wanted breakfast for dinner and decided to try Black Bear Diner. The restaurant wasn't busy at all--only a handful of tables were being served--so we expected things to go smoothly. I ordered a build-your-own omelette. When it came out, it had bell peppers on it, which I didn't order. The waitress took it back so the kitchen could remake it. Unfortunately, the second omelette came out missing the bacon and included onions, which also weren't supposed to be there. On top of that, the hash browns were forgotten entirely. Wh... read more

me and my sister were doing our sisters dates for breakfast here... one week the service was ok... the next week I left in tears. From food not being cooked right.. to dirty dishes just all around heart breaking.
