I had noodles and sauce and it filled my tummy! Thanks Nana and Papa for feeding my soul, the atmosphere was amazing and I asked to go back. Thanks for Black Bear restaurant!!!
Food is OK the big biscuits are dry the price is a lil high. Cracker Barrel is way better..
Food is excellent, very clean diner. It took a while to get a server to greet us after we were seated and the restaurant was not that busy when we arrived at 730am. She really had a blase feel about serving customers. The staff though is really nice and the servings are huge we had a steak eggs benedict. A very tall gal refilled our coffee she was really a delight. Happy we got a Black Bear Diner in this part of Texas.

This place is amazing. From the service to the food, the portion size and everything. A special shout out to Donna B our server who was such a sweet heart and was not afraid to be herself. She made sure everything was great from the food to making occasional stops (not too much so we couldn't enjoy our food) to ensure things we're going well. We will definitely be coming back!!
Best restaurant in central Texas. I have very picky children and they have a wide variety of food for everyone.
this is the best diner in harker heights...and the best waitress is keisha!!! what a doll...food is always excellent and service is impeccable!!!
Hell yeah! Get some coconut pie too. Great food. Not the atmosphere I was expecting but hell yeah none the less.
Great food! Service was pretty slow during a busy brunch hour. Ambiance was nice. Will go again!
