they were out of soup and I wanted to order the 1/2 sandwich and soup waitress didnt offer any substitute for out of soup....asked her about getting another 1/2 of sandwich she said i couldn't order it because it wasn't in their system....no manager in sight..i will never go back again

First of all I want to say the food is VERY good. Service on the other hand super slow. Took two and one half hours from walking in the door, seated, eat, and pay. Ordered the prime rib special, waitress can to table after my salad was half eaten and says they are out of prime rib. SERIOUSLY.......6:00 in the evening and not even in the dinner rush, on a Saturday night and you are out of the special? In my opinion............poor management. Service was slow. I had looked up the menu online and there were no prices listed. It was a bit pricey for what was served.
