Ordered food from here via DoorDash yesterday morning. Thought because of all the positive reviews that it would be decent. The avocado “toast” was awful. It was mashed up avocado on regular bread. The hash browns and pancakes were gross too. Everything lack flavor. Super disappointed. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I loved Black Bear when it first opened, but it has gone downhill a bunch...interior is dirty, smells like old burnt grease, service is lacking and just not a welcoming atmosphere like it used to be.
I can understand about social distance but let customers know how much time to wait and what y’all doing when big parties arrived to the place waited 1 and check with staff and they said we have to ask if manager will allow to put tables together if not another hour will be until we can do that 🤦♀️
I'm here at BBD Katy! Today we had a pretty bad experience, we arrived around 2:45 pm and the welcome girl was quite RUDE, we asked for a table, and she took us to the first table at the entrance of the dinner room, my wife asked her to She will change to another more comfortable table (we are a group of 4) and then The welcome girl just said ... grab the table that you want, she turned and left, leaving us there without even indicating the other available table ! after that we sat down and ordered, ... we waited 10 minu... read more

Horrible service at front desk. It was not busy at all on a Thursday lunch. There was plenty of staff on the floor. I was by myself and was kept waiting almost 10 minutes while the cashier dealt with one customer. Then when she finally addressed me, I was told there would be a 15-20 minute wait. There were plenty of open tables with the 6 foot requirements. I will never go back. They act as if they don’t care if they have customers or not.

So disappointed, just ordered curbside, the eggs on the Benedict were over hard instead of poached and the sides for all three entrees were wrong. All three. Since they were all in separate containers, we didnt know until we got home. What a waste.
