I was disappointed by my whole experience. No one looks excited to be working or serving. Super negative vibe inside. Food was so poor, my wife’s Tuna Melt was just loaded with grease and disgusting. My son had a child’s cheese pizza, it looked like it came out of a microwave, soggy, doughy, disgusting. I had the Avocado club, just loaded with mayonnaise not by request, stomach has been upset since eating it. I ordered a soda with my meal, it was never refilled. they suck ask we ok and done said yes and continue to eat and finish waited for server to pass though and nothing had take my leftovers up counter to put in box..really bad not returning eat inside ever..we get it go

even if your busy dealing with a 15 top, who ever is covering your counter area should ask a customer if they'd like a menu and a drink. 20 min and nothing. just a couple glanses while some employees bullshit and others work.

The only thing good about our dinner was our server, Jason, the food was terrible and the manager was rude. We were served brisket under the name of Tri Tips. If we hadn't been waiting so long I would have complained but we just wanted to get done and leave. This was our thrid time there and probably our last. Didn't have one good meal in three trips. We enjoy the Black Bear in Bullhead City and the one in Lake Havasu City. Guess we'll have to travel to get a good meal. Very disappointing.
