inedible food. Never been disappointed with Black Bear Diner. this location is terrible.
Black Bear is awesome. When they aren’t shut down due to plumbing issues. It has been closed for pluming the last 2 times we stopped here. But that falls back on the TA where they are located.
Three of us ordered the Tri tip and I have to say not only was it was the worst Tri tip we’ve ever had it was the worst meal I ever had at a restaurant. I hate to be so negative the truth is it was awful it was like leather, overcooked and we couldn’t even finish it. The server wouldn’t bring us correctly cooked food but did offer au jus and even after cutting the meat up and soaking it in au jus it was so over cooked it wouldn’t take the juice. this is the worst place ever. just shut it down, burn it and start again. these people should not be handling food. disgusting people working here, straight trash.
Hash browns were hard as a rock everything else was cold except the sausage. Horrible taste.
Horrible experience! First, my salad had dirt in it! I told the waitress and she took it and said sorry but didn’t try to replace it or anything. At the end of the meal it was still on the bill! She also didn’t bring my mashed potatoes out with my meal. We had to ask for them and it still took a while. My food was cold by the time I got them. The salmon was too salty. I couldn’t finish it. The waitress didn’t check on us once. We had to flag her down. I will never eat at this location again. Zero stars!
